This restaurant is in quite an impressive building with lots of space and capacity for large numbers of people. The outdoor dining space was adequate. There was a single choice menu de jour which, for us as vegetarians, was no good because the plat principal was pizza carbonara incorporating lardons. We said it was not possible for us to eat that, but no alternative was offered. The menu would have been okay if all of the pizza were available, but they were not served at lunchtimes. This resulted in a scant menu. There were ample choices for beef eaters. We were able to choose fish. The food was adequately prepared for 3 of us, had we been in an inexpensive restaurant. One of us sadly got a main course Cesar Salad that was probably the worst I have ever seen. For most dishes at 20 euros, it was poor compared with other local restaurants e.g., Chateau Valmy. Our group of 4 had two course meals followed by coffee for three. The cost was 180 euros which will be a major deterrent to us returning there. In summary my wife and I got a 45-euro snack served without enthusiasm. I hope if you ignore this comment, you have a much better experience than us and certainly, I hope you have better value for money.

Of you're looking for great romantic and special occasions this upscale nouveau Mediterranean cuisine restaurant offering a la carte and fixed menus. The restaurant's vibe is akin to upscale Ibiza restaurants with a similar modern lounge vibe. I recommend asking for the most recent menu as it changes. What I liked was that the owner Antoni is very approachable and can adapt a plate for you if you have dietary issues. Also, he speaks English so no problem if you're French is not up to scratch which ours wasn't. I was offered a vegetable risotto being vegetarian but opted for the mozerella dish as it sounded interesting. There's two vegetarian plates on the menu plus dessert. There's a romantic vibe and the clientele are respectful of others so you can talk like at home and no shouting. This is very good if you're with someone special and need to celebrate. We picked the place for it's food, it's dog friendly and very open (if it rained) we could dine inside near the door. There is a big garden for children to play on (at own risk). Sometimes there wasn't a waitress or Maitre D on the floor to order something but it's an observation for something to improve. It happens in busy places The Catalan Mozerella is an interesting dish using Citric, fat, sweet and heat elements (I believe tobasco). It was like an Ottolenghi style mutable set upon a tomato and spice infusion surround with half cut very sweet cherry tomatoes and mandolin cut fine vegetables. There was an interesting citric mix of Yuzo (like satsuma). It was very well balanced and seasoned. There was some mini asparagus which basically set the plate off. I recommend the local house red wine. It's actually a local, local wine on bar with a Rhône style Syrah grape mix but with delecate oak and vanilla tastes. It's served chilled at to serving temperature. Desserts are priced on the high end and I would have expected a more expensive liquor infusion given the price. Still it was again very balanced. Mine was served with a touch of lavender which was an interesting taste to add to the meal. I'd have preferred it as liquid balls using molecular styles or an infusion so it would be spread. But again minor criticism.

The place is a dream, after all nothing goes right! Service leaves something to be desired, expired drink. We received the starter and main course two minutes later, with an apology. The dish was served later but the icing on the cake was that it was the same plate reheated. For me, this cook does not do this job for pleasure, it shows in these plates. To the wise, that’s my opinion!

It's one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at. For my birthday, I was invited by my husband. The setting is superb, even at night. The room is magnificent. The server was very friendly and smiling. I really enjoyed the dishes. We each took the menu for 49€. The starter was a delight, the tuna I still think about it because it melted in the mouth and was so tasty. The main course was as much a delight for my husband as it was for me! Very good desserts too We spoke with the owner of the place about the regular change of menu and the quality of the products. We will definitely come back. Thanks for the candle!
